What is Among Us instant chat?
With the addition of the quick chat feature, Between Us makes it very easy for the players to communicate within the game. Quick chat consists of various predefined messages that players can send while in-game. These quick chat messages contain location information, questions and much more. However, there is a problem. It should be noted that while other players can easily switch between quick chat and free chat, players under the age of 18 can no longer use free chat.
Players will need to indicate their age when you start the game after the update. If you are under 18, free chat will be disabled for you and you will only need to use quick chat. Fortunately, you can change it even if you entered the wrong age. Here's how to do it.

How do you change your Age Among Us?
Navigate to “C:\Users\”Your Name “\AppData\LocalLow\InnerSloth\Between Us\playerPrefs”. You need to enable it to see hidden files and folders.
Rename the PlayerPrefs file to playerPrefs.txt.
Open it with Notepad and you will see a date there. Replace the date with the date you want.
Save the file and remove the “.txt” extension by renaming it.
After that open Between Us and you will be able to switch between Quick chat and free chat option.
