League of Legends Patch 11.5 Samira Change ;If you're following our League of Legends patch notes, check out the latest gameplay update for the multiplayer game. SamiraYou may have noticed that it brings some pretty satisfying balance changes for Desert Rose. Changes in talent League of Legends patch 11.4, weakened the champion a bit – but now Riot Games is turning some of them away because they seem a bit too effective.
Gameplay design director Mark Yetter posted a preview of League of Legends patch 11.5, which will be released next week, on Twitter.

The developer explained that the marksman champion has been added to the buff list of the upcoming update, explaining that it is “over-nerfed”.
While the listed changes for 11.5 only change two things – Samira's attack damage and Q per level, the damage he deals with his Ability - seems to retract the changes made in the last update.
11.4 introduced significant changes to all of the champion's abilities, apparently making him a bit "overly nerfed". For example, his passive's attack damage decreased to only 3,5% (from 7,5% before) and the attack damage ratio of his Q, which was 80% flat when previously between 110-100%.
But now, Samira's attack damage per level is increased to 3 (was 2,3 before)
Flair's damage ratio from 80/87,5/95/102,5% increased to 80/90/100/110/120 – 110% – Based on what is currently tested on the PBE of the MOBA game. It's important to note that these values may change slightly before the patch is released next week.

Assassin champion My hatredAs Yetter highlighted, it will get some additional buffs in next week's patch, but Pyke, Karma, Trundle, MasterYi, sejuani and many more League of Legends champions have also been selected for some buffs.
