How to Obtain the John Cena Skin in Fortnite
Yes, John Cena will have a skin in Fortnite soon, but players will only have one way to obtain it, among other themed cosmetics.
As of the time of this writing, the John Cena Outfit is only available for purchase from the Fortnite Item Shop starting July 28, 2022, 20.00 PM ET / 17.00 PM PT. The Outfit pack comes with Entry Gear and Ring Gear Styles (shown in the featured image of this guide).
The WWE Championship Title Back Bling comes with the John Cena outfit, but the Five Digit Slapper Pickaxe and U Can't C Me Emote will be part of the set and are usually more expensive than the basic look.
How Much is the John Cena Costume?
No word yet from Epic Games on how much the new outfit will cost when it hits stores, but it will likely be in the 1800-2000 V-Buck range.
Currently, Fortnite players can purchase V-Bucks with real-world money. 1000 V-Bucks go for $7,99 and 2800 V-Bucks go for $19,99, so expect to spend around $18 for a John Cena skin — all this for V-Bucks the player already has and how willing depending on their purchase.
Is the John Cena Skin Free?
As far as we know, there are no plans to release the John Cena outfit for free as part of a questline or event. The skin is being added to Fortnite to celebrate Epic Games' Epic SummerSlam event, so there's a chance the skin will disappear once the event ends, which could be the end of summer.
