BALANCE CHANGES

Ash

First Bash – Now increases anger gained from attack by 200% (from 100%)
Reduced the rage gained from taking damage. Full rage now requires 125% of max HP taken (from 75%)

Ash is in a pretty good place overall, but the reward for hitting enemies and taking damage has been slightly reduced. Mad as Heck also performs significantly better than First Bash, so giving him a buff while reducing his overall rage gain from damage means the garbage knight would have to do more attacks to get really pissed off.

Frank

Irresistible Charm now doubles the damage of the attack in addition to drawing enemies in.

Griff's Business Resilience is largely disabled compared to Keep the Change. Good Griff players should now be able to consistently put better pressure on their opponents thanks to the increased amount of healing that is the main goal.

Meg

Meg now takes 33% ammo when her mech is destroyed (from 0)

Giving Meg some ammo when she's destroyed allows her to fight and finish off low health opponents, making the transition feel significantly better.

Jacky

Base hp increased to 5000 (was 4600)
Increased Supercharge rate to charge in 4 hits (was 5)
Removed Shield from super activation

Jacky is in a good place after the latest changes. He was asked to compensate by removing a remnant of his old super from the shield and restoring him to his previous health. His superpower now recharges in 4 hits for consistency, just like he did before the nerf.

Mortis

Creepy Harvest healing reduced by 400 (1800->1400)
The Mortis rework was a huge success overall, delivering gameplay across all ranges.

Brock

Main attack projectile speed reduced by 11%

After letting the dust settle, it's clear that Brock's new more explosive rockets are very effective. Reducing the projectile speed a bit should allow for more opportunities to avoid splashing and should also reward experienced Brock players with better aiming.

Leon

Lollipop Drop - Health now decays over a 20 second duration

Leon has grown in popularity largely due to the lollipop it provides. While it could reasonably be countered by shooters, it had the same issue with Bo's Totem, which provided a lot of value in some matches and comps.

Giving him rotting life (just like the current Bo's Totem) means Leon players need to be more careful about when and where they use him.

MISCELLANEOUS

Club capacity for Clubs created in this update has been reduced from 100 members to 30 members. Clubs that already have 30+ members won't be resized in this update, but will be in November.

Fixed rare cases where Mortis could pass through walls when bushes near walls were destroyed.
Fixed Buzz Super getting stuck in a loop
Fixed Meg being able to recast a teleport after changing forms
Fixed Sprout Super being able to remove spiked tiles
Fixed Squeak Star Power not activating when defeated before Squeak triggers.
Fixed a rare case where the acceleration buff VFX would stay on for too long.
